DB&A’s Managed Services team uses a 3-step process to provide clients with a customized level of oversight, accountability, and support after the implementation phase of a project. We begin by utilizing our operations management software to monitor organizational performance and behaviors. We then engage with management to ensure that frontline managers are taking a proactive approach to managing and assuming ownership of results. Finally, we work on-site and side-by-side with managers to improve management culture.
